It gives us a secure Netflix on-demand type media repository. In addition to
uploading existing content, there are tools that help us to capture
content from computers and cameras. There is a lot of customization that
is possible.

- Asynchronus recording feature over MS stream.
- More videos for the management console.
- Steep learning curve for media space and LMS framework.
- Needs to make it a bit more optimized for all mobile device platforms like Ipads and galaxy tabs.
- Allows hybrid classes, classes where we have virtual and in-class learners for our folks that can't come to the main office.
- Helps our focus mainly on delivering virtual classroom solution.
