We chose newswire because we were just looking to publish our press releases via online wires.

  • Stop overmarketing to existing customers- there was an issue where Newswire was reaching out to other executives in our company when I (current customer/newswire account manager) wasn't notified. My director had to get me involved more than a few times to get newswire to reach out to me.

Newswire is an easy-to-use platform that has served us well overall for our need to produce some online wires. But the incessant sales calls and communications to other executives not involved with the account made newswire particularly difficult to deal with.
