Overall Satisfaction with Newswire

Our recent high-impact news necessitated the use of simple, targeted, and effective press release distribution. After performing due diligence, I selected Newswire based on online reviews from industry peers, pricing, and 'DIY' ease-of-use. While we typically distribute our relevant news-worthy items via social media and email, we were looking to measurably enhance our news dissemination--and we found the perfect platform: Newswire.

  • Pro-active distribution report with detailed metrics
  • At times, the somewhat over-abundance of emails that lobby for additional users can be slightly unnerving--but it's standard practice to solicit for more engagement, so I can forgive their CRM for ensuring "Constant Contact."
  • Increased brand awareness
  • Insightful data via their analytical reporting
  • A boost in organic Google SEO
Newswire's overall usability is simplistic, seamless, and so intuitive. The interface is great for both novices and seasoned veterans. The step-by-step process is quite thoughtful. No prior experience? No problem! I've used interfaces from other companies that were difficult in myriad ways--but not with Newswire... from start to finish, it worked as expected!
Cision PRWeb had a lot going for it--including the cost, which was quite exorbitant in my opinion. They offered package pricing, which lowered the overall cost based on the number of your anticipated releases, but for me, it was still cost-prohibitive. Newswire's pricing structure was greatly appreciated and, quite frankly, I don't think I missed a beat by selecting them over the competition!

From experience, I found Newswire to be highly effective for someone (like me) who wants the ease of total "do-it-yourself" control via a simple-to-use online interface. I also appreciate that I can easily contact a skilled representative if I need assistance and/or advice. Their tiered pricing structure is also a great value-add, as you can tie the range of your publicity to your budget.
