Overall Satisfaction with NUVI
Nuvi makes social listening and reporting much easier. We have shaved off the time it takes to analyze and build reports for our clients.
- The customer service is absolutely fantastic. We love that they are willing to get on the phone to help setup monitors to make sure we get the information we are looking for. The visual reporting including a quick to scan sentiment map make analyzing for our clients super easy.
- Haven't found anything yet that we dislike. Building the monitors properly is the key.
1 - Digital Marketing and Print Production management.
- We haven't used Nuvi long enough yet to answer this with much authority. Having said that, we are using Nuvi to put together digital marketing packages and love being able to show the reporting function as a tool.
- Radian6 and Hootsuite Pro
We loved the visual reporting Nuvi provides.
