Overall Satisfaction with NUVI

NUVI is being used for reporting for client social media campaigns.
  • Very thorough reporting.
  • Automatically generated report is extremely useful for our clients.
  • Customer service is excellent.
  • Would like to be able to filter results based on user accounts (this feature I'm told is currently in the works).

It is reasonably priced for our needs and business size, easy to use, and effective in evaluating and reporting on social media campaigns. Customer service is very responsive.
NUVI is very good for reporting on managed social accounts, evaluation of campaign results, and identification of influencers.
