Overall Satisfaction with Paychex Accounting Online

Payroll processing for 2 companies.

Pros

  • Process payroll
  • Tax notices are addressed quickly
  • Account manager is very responsive
  • If payroll has an error we can pull back with no issues in a timely manner

Cons

  • The custom reporting area is very busy. It took me some extra time to figure things out.
  • Its quick and easy to process payroll.
  • Our tax notices get addressed quickly.
Easier to navigate and find what I need when I need it. Payroll processing is easy to process and the reporting format is great.
These other systems have issues within their reporting and most are horizontal vs. vertical standard reports. Paycor customer support is very hard to get a hold of always.

It is very well suited for timekeeping and payroll processing. It is a very user friendly system that allows for corrections without pulling an entire payroll cycle back. The custom reporting area is busy but I did like the format of the reports once I figured out what and where I needed to pull my fields from.
