I think we can get the various support from Odoo official support for Enterprise version and Odoo regional communities or partners for the variety of technical support such as Odoo version upgrade for the existing Odoo version that already deployed. However, there is one thing to consider before upgrading to new Odoo is the modification or customization that needs to be compatible and properly working with the new version upgrade.
