Overall Satisfaction with Okta

- Easy IT administration to manage users' accounts, user's access and users' groups
- Allows MFA for extra security
- Increases productivity with faster and easier access to application

- N/A
- It has increased our deployment process by running faster releases.
- It has increased the productivity when handling multiple applications at the same time.
- It automated the user permissions workflow by managing users' groups and by implementing integration with other third-party software.
We have benefited from it by increasing security, productivity, workflow efficiency, speed of the software development process, and integration with third-party applications.
I haven't contacted Okta support directly, I usually contact my IT support department, and they may contact Okta support on my behalf.
It has been amazing as I don't recall to have had issues with Okta in the last 2 years. This has minimized any possible downtime on our services and the internal stuff is really happy using Okta. We have been offering our medical services 24x7 without any interruptions.
We have no experience with other products. In the past we have considered to implement Google SSO and Apple SSO, we did some partial development, but we never released those changes.
