Overall Satisfaction with The Okta Identity Cloud

It is being used across the entire organization, it is helping to solve the headache of having to juggle, memorize, and maneuver through multiple accounts throughout multiple sites.
  • Consolidated view of applications.
  • Great user interface.
  • Ability to remember passwords to all of my sites I use daily.
  • I think when it comes to having to update passwords, it could be done better.
  • It has allowed me to stay more productive throughout my day without having to type in every single one of my passwords or having to memorize them.

Okta Workforce Identity is well suited when you have to use multiple sites to get through your daily tasks and having to log in to each of them every time it is used.

The Okta Identity Cloud Support

I haven't gotten a chance to use their support yet, but I assume it is as great as the product itself.
