Overall Satisfaction with ON24

It is now being used for internal and customer presentations by Schneider Electric Software.

Pros

  • Designing a webinar is incredibly easy
  • The dashboard is particularly easy to use; good selection of widgets
  • Looks a lot more professional than using WebEx.

Cons

  • Don't like that it's VOIP. Prefer having the webinar listened to on the phone.
  • Would like to be able to upload presentation/PowerPoint without having to toggle back to upload it.
Nothing deserves a perfect score because there is always room for improvement but I've never had any problems with this.
  • Positive -- we don't have to use WebEx any longer.
  • I've not [been measuring the ROI but I would assume it has been more cost efficient than WebEx.
I lack the knowledge to know if you can make the dashboard a bit more slick looking for presenting to shareholders/stakeholders.

It's well suited for internal webinars as long as participants are told to wear earphones. Need to inform internal people of this before the webinar.
