Overall Satisfaction with ON24

We use ON24 to create customer webinars.
  • Lead generation

Pros

  • Their platform works well.
  • Their webcast people are knowledgeable on how things work.
  • Their reporting platform is very complete and easy to use.

Cons

  • They sometimes switch my webcast manager. I'm not crazy about that.
  • The videos don't always show up the right way during a webcast.
It's not integrated with us in that way.
They are knowledgaeable and very helpful but sometimes they switch my assigned webcast mgr just before my webinars.
  • Customer engagement is better than what our competitors get from their platforms I think.
  • I am pleased with our nos. of attendees & registrants.
  • I think that we get a good ROI on them.
They seem to be more expert and knowledgeable in this field.
It seems to be well suited for what they do.
