Overall Satisfaction with ON24

On24 is used for our marketing team, to deliver our prospect webinars. It is also used internally to deliver our client engagement webinars.

Pros

  • A real strength of on24 is the number of ways to interact with the audience. You can do surveys, Q&A, live video, polls, resources, etc. There are many audience interactions and touchpoints.
  • The automatic recording and in-system editing is incredibly beneficial.
  • I like that you can upload slides instead of screen share. It promotes quality of the presentation!

Cons

  • It would be nice if you set up the console that it launched how you set it up. Meaning, the audience doesn't have to populate the Q&A or the Group chat - they are automatically open.
  • Would be nice if reporting was within the setup instead of having to go to the webinar list to access reports.
  • We have increased client engagement with regular webinars to help them better understand our features.
We live it very much! Easy to use, great support team at on24.
The new console is awesome for video. We did a live webcam video last week and it went great! Very appreciative that the audio matches the visual.
