Use Cases and Deployment Scope

ON24 films, edits and hosts our online courses that our participants purchase from us. AJAG offers online courses for accountants who require a certain amount of structured professional development hours every year in order to maintain their designations. ON24 provides AJAG with our platform to provide our courses to our participants so they can view them on their own time.

Pros and Cons

Their customer service is exceptional. They are continuously asking for feedback on how to better improve our working relationship and I feel like we have a true partnership with them.
They want their customers to succeed and will go the extra mile to make sure that we deliver the best product we can.
Their speed in turning around projects.

We have run into a few issues in the integration area of our business where we are trying to keep our own website as the main website for our users but gather information from ON24 and have it merge with us. There have been some costly delays in trying to get all of that working properly.

Reliability and Availability

We have had amazing response times with ON24 and they are always available to me when I need something dealt with urgently. They take the time to understand what our business needs are and are trying to reach them.

Alternatives Considered

Our needs changed which is why we switched and we wanted to work with someone more local but LearnUpon was amazing for us as well.

ON24 is suited well to our industry because they have experience in the accounting profession and know the quality we were expecting and the turnaround times that we required in order to try to grow our business in this e-learning platform.
