Overall Satisfaction with ON24
Several departments use it for various purposes. So far, we've only used it for internal-facing events (employees and the field, but not external clients), and we've used it for events with audiences ranging from a few dozen to about 4,000 people. The main business problem it addresses is education and information sharing. It's a great tool for us to keep the audience informed of ongoing initiatives, and for larger reach and widespread education.

- Detailed reporting - attendance rates, participation in polls and surveys, and even recording conversations conducted through Q&A is a great record.
