Overall Satisfaction with ON24
ON24 is being used by the one product line's marketing team for webinars. It helps us conduct webinars at scale with different types of formats.
- Lead generation
- The CSM support is great - Kelyn is very helpful.
- The platform is good for simu-live webinars.
- It's great to get real time information on the analytics of the webinar.
- It can be smoother for live webinars - we don't always have a great experience.
- Great if we can do polls more seamlessly for simu-live.
- The online support team can be more proactive.
It is always available, however the platform does lag sometimes while building a webinar.
- Definitely helped onboard new customers at scale
- Helped increase business pipeline
- Helped re-engage inactive customers.
- Bad customer experience for live webinars.
ON24 is very suitable for onboarding webinars. The live functionality doesn't work that well for us. We always have audio issues, or even video streaming issues. Proactive tech support to help us in such scenarios would be great. These are my two specific scenarios.
