Overall Satisfaction with ON24
We use it for marketing and product support services. We mostly use it as a training tool for current users (as well as a way to keep them updated and trained on new product features) but also for lead generation via thought leadership webcasts.
- I like the multi-registration pages that allow users to view multiple webcasts on one registration page.
- Easy to actually run a webcast.
- The quickly available on-demand versions of webcasts are great.
- Having to have both a producer and a presenter can feel redundant at times when really only person needs to be present.
- More formatting options for emails would be great, to help them become more branded.
- It's been really helpful as a support tool for current users when new features roll out.
- Integrate with CRM/marketing automation software
- Track registration and attendance
- Enable sales follow-up
- Optimize campaign nurture programs
We used ON24 pretty much the same during the pandemic as before--but it was helpful to already have online training and events in place.
