We integrated ON24 with our marketing automation tool, Hubspot. And with the data we get from ON24 we send automated follow up emails (attendees & absentees). But we have also automated the process of information requests. So, when someone requests a certain piece of content through a Poll, we set up a workflow in Hubspot that automatically sends that piece of content to the requester. Or we notify the CSM to follow up with a customer with the content.

We haven't used the lead scoring feature in enough detail, and mostly because it isn't always helpful for a non-marketing person or for a one-off event. It's nice to show the 'heat' level of a hot or warm lead, but I'm not sure our business development teams are using that scoring, they're mostly focused on what companies are attending or if they recognize a name.

We are in the process of integrating the platform with our CRM to provide our sales team with additional customer insights to help with the sales process. We use the results of surveys at the end of each webinar to help develop content for future webinars and are investigating the use of artificial intelligence to create additional content from the webinar

We review/track content downloads and CTA clicks to provide a benchmark to our exective team - demonstrates user excitement and interest in our products/topics.

We have integrated ON24 with our CRM system (HubSpot) through an API connection for Distribution Lists in our email marketing strategy. We capture contact info for those who registered; attended live, and attending on-demand in our CRM and are able to market appropriately to each DL with our post event comm strategy.

ON24 closely analyzes the engagement data to understand how our participants interacted during the webinar. By reviewing data on chat interactions, questions asked, and responses to polls and surveys, we can tell which leads/attendees are qualified and engaged and which ones are not. This makes for very effective follow ups and conversions.

We use the reporting URL to review the stats. We also go into the Analytics tab and since we "tag" or webinars we look at the different topics and see how they perform also. This year I gave a presentation to my team on hour stats and we compared it to the benchmark from companies in our industry and we realized we are much lower than where we should be. Thus we've internally 'upped' paids ads.

We have On24 integrated with Salesforce and have optimized lead scoring. There are many leads who watch many of our webinars, and we are able to see the quantity of webinars that they have watched and how they have engaged during the webinars. We also see when people are asking questions about our services and then we have someone from our sales team reach out to them afterward.

We pull out data into Marketo. This allows us to qualify our leads and pass that into our CRM to tell sales what topics they are interested in and who is a warm lead. It brings clarity to our data and allows us to better interact with potential customers by delivering content they are interested in.

We use ON24 data to produce in-depth reports for our clients. These reports are valued very much by our clients. We also like to give them direct access to ON24's analytics (via a simple link) so that they can see real-time registrants to an event. This solution saves us a lot of time, as we don't need to constantly send them updated reports with a number of registrants in the built-up to the event.

We used the engagement data to report out to our executive leadership each month to share how customers were interacting with our program content. Additionally, we were able to integrate the ON24 registration and attendance data to Gainsight, which allowed us to pull that information into our customer's health score. This was powerful have as part of the picture of the customer's health, but also for the Customer Success Manager to drill down to see if their customer attended recommended webinars.

We have integrated ON24 with HubSpot which allows our BDE team to see who attended events, this, in turn, allows then to set email automation to leads who didn't attend the events to drive them to a new date of the event or other events they may be interested in as well as seeing who did attend the events and easily being able to contact them re the event.

We do have On24 integrated with Marketo which has been essential for moving event metrics into our systems. We host registration via Marketo and our own Wordpress registration pages so being able to flow in event data to our CRM allows us to effectively score, route, and capture the activity of all attendees.

Our data generated from ON24 flows directly into Salesforce, which we have integrated through Marketo and ON24, and into our events dashboard which is able to demonstrate visually and in real time, the ROI of running our webinar programme. Once the data is in salesforce, we can then place opportunities into nurture programmes and take them through our lead generation funnel.

We are especially interested with the Registration and attendee list details. Also, we can track where the registrations came from. It is very helpful for analyzing marketing stats. Other than that, we can see who asked which questions during the webinars. We collect all content related questions to use in our upcoming marketing campaigns.

We use the engagement data after every event. I formulate a report that gives full reg list, attended, no show, resources downloaded, questions asked, and polls (if applicable). I also use this data to create a data sheet we use at our company internally so we can keep track of reg numbers and show up rates. We integrate our CRM for each webinar and it works perfectly, it does not work for the virtual conference manager.
