Pros
- Have more than one presenter.
- Make polls for live lives.
- Leave documents for download.
Cons
- Does not let you have more than one presenter in the OnDemand version.
- Has no option to divide participants into groups.
- Not an easy tool for beginners to use.
- We managed to have a good participation of mechanics in participating in training using the ON24 tool.
- Integrate with CRM/marketing automation software
- Conduct lead scoring
- Track registration and attendance
We already used the tool before the pandemic, and when pandemic started we had a differential in the Brazilian market that was still beginning to use online tools.
