Overall Satisfaction with ON24
This tool was primarily vetted to be in place of our in person Annual Sales and Partner Summits. These take place globally and are executed by each region. My hope was the tool would stick and we as a marketing team could find ways to use this in partner onboard and sales enablement as well. Some of which is in the works now!

ON24 replaced our once-a-year large-scale summit that connected us to our partners and sales teams globally. As a channel-led company this was crucial to staying connected to our community during the pandemic... and beyond! Even as things return to normal I see this tool helping us create hybrid events and continuing to connect with our channel throughout the year.
I vetted this product against many of its competitors and for the same reasons I have listed repeatedly, ON24 took the cake. From reporting to overall experience I felt like it couldn't be beat. I also saw room for us to grow into this product as more of a lead gen tool beyond event webinars in which we originally sought out for.
