ON24 allows us to host webinars and collect robust analytics to make informed decisions. We use ON24 for our entire Marketing team to qualify leads and interact with customers. ON24 makes this process seamless and easy. Reliable platform that is moving in the right direction. We have been using the tool for a number of years and love it.

ON24 has a lot of different options and offerings for if you want to expand your use cases. The con is that this is not free and greatly increases cost, so you really need to know that it will drive ROI for your company. ON24 is highly customizable and can meet you where you are at.

Microsoft Teams

Teams can be considered a competitor for ON24. It is free for us to use. However, it does not allow for the same level of analytics or customization. There is no back-end area for the presenters that allows for better control of the presentation. Cheaper, but misses on a lot of key attributes.

I think ON24 is the best-in-class tool for webinars. It hits all of the marks for things you want a webinar tool to be able to do, while providing excellent analytics. The ability to interact with other presenters on the backend and seamlessly talk to the attendees as well is great.
