ON24 allows us to host webinars and collect robust analytics to make informed decisions. We use ON24 for our entire Marketing team to qualify leads and interact with customers. ON24 makes this process seamless and easy. Reliable platform that is moving in the right direction. We have been using the tool for a number of years and love it.

We pull out data into Marketo. This allows us to qualify our leads and pass that into our CRM to tell sales what topics they are interested in and who is a warm lead. It brings clarity to our data and allows us to better interact with potential customers by delivering content they are interested in.
ON24 is on the cutting edge of technology. They are building out AI solutions to the platform. Captioning is a great accessibility feature that they offer. This has a fee, so we often do this ourselves in house. I love their best-in-class highlighting of other user's webinars to benchmark ourselves and get inspired by other effective experiences.
Teams can be considered a competitor for ON24. It is free for us to use. However, it does not allow for the same level of analytics or customization. There is no back-end area for the presenters that allows for better control of the presentation. Cheaper, but misses on a lot of key attributes.
