We use On24 to host webinars for prospects and customers. We have used it for live, simulive, and on-demand webinars.

We had previously invested money in working with external partners but shifted our strategy to host our own.

Use Cases for Analytics Insights

I would rather see the engagement data on a per attendee basis. I'm more interested in what an individual is doing than the collective group. For executive reporting, mine are more interested in how many people are attending from those that registered.

Innovation

On24 was the first virtual event platform that we used. Having the ability to own the whole production has been a big boost for our team. We had previously partnered with 3rd parties to host the webinar and join as content experts.
I've seen a demo of their AI features for recaps and content creation. We haven't been able to leverage them but in the sample I saw, it works well and would likely be worth the spend.

Scalability

You can really make the webinar experience whatever you want it to be with On24. If you want a simple, zoom style - you can achieve that. If you want to make it feel like a custom virtual event, you can do that, easily.

Alternatives Considered

Zoom Events & Webinars

Zoom is limited on features and functions. In my opinion, a Zoom webinar just feels like a Zoom call. There isn't much to make it feel special, personal, or visually appealing. On24 makes it really easy to brand the console and the experience how you want users to see it.

On24 makes any webinar look exceptionally professional. The console is extremelly customizable and allows us the opportunity to brand and design the audiences' experience.
