Review of ON24

We have been using ON24 for about 3 years now and enjoy the experience every use. Our main use is for our webinar series where we show live demonstrations of our products and advertise our capabilities to our customers an people in the industry. We also use the platform to hold all- hands meeting internally. This is a chance to poll our internal employees and get their feedback on the strategy and activities the leaders have planned for the year. I think the biggest complaint we have is that you cant hold videos within the PPT and upload it into the platform. Each video has to be upload on its own which can be really frustrating.

We have CRM Dynamics and the integration wasnt not the best. Its better suited for Salesforce to be honest and it was a challenge to set up for us. We eventually got it set to how we wanted but it tool time and a lot of out of the box integration.

Before using ON24 we looked at a lot of other platforms that were much cheaper but didnt offer the same as this platform did. Its all-in-one and thats why we choose it. Its also very colorful and easy to use for our viewers which is also a plus. And colorful as well!
