Overall Satisfaction with ON24

We use ON24 to host most of our global webinars and virtual summit programs, which gives us great support in producing multiple webinars in quick succession without spending too much time on production and allowing us to focus more on the content.

Pros

  • Quick Webinar setup
  • great analytics and insights
  • Easy to build reg pages console
  • great product support

Cons

  • UI needs some improvement, need to look more modern
  • few areas like widgets, real time feedback, flash audience a message etc is missing
  • Virtual conference mannager is not easy to setup and need lot of manual steps
  • With the help of our global webinar programs, we are able to acquire more leads, but we have to integrate with Marketo to get an end-to-end picture and can't just rely on ON24.
As we can rely 100% on the engagement score we get from audeince on ON24 we cant say much
Small improvements like performance insights really help us but in the world of AI we always expect more which can showcase how our program performed on various front and suggest some actionable insights so we can improve continuously.
Its better and bit flexible but still needs more work to make it flawless

It's best suited when it comes to setting up a quick webinar, but some of the features, like recording multiple speakers, editing content, loading content etc is not easy and need special effort and some features are missing. also analytics part need lot of improvements like setting up custom report as per region, use case etc.
