Overall Satisfaction with OpenText Enterprise Content Management (ECM)
My team supported an ECM solution for a global customer provided by OpenText. Our customer was a well-known hospital gas provider/seller which has units all around the globe. We used OpenText LiveLink to store invoices, payment proofs, cargo/shipment documents, and general use documents.
- The OCR system is really good with high accuracy (>99%).
- Worldwide support from OpenText.
- Vast documentation and knowledge-base for troubleshooting available on the web.
- The installation and configuration steps need to be made by someone from OpenText due to the difficulty of the process.
- As we supported the operation of our customer, this data is not available to us.
