Overall Satisfaction with OpenText Content Suite
We have deployed different versions of OpenText across several departments and I have used two different versions. For instance, when it comes to non technical use, such as document management and storage, I have used OpenText Content Suite and it works really well. But since I work in the accounts and finance department, I have widely used ECM OpenText version. It offers features such as invoice automation, invoice verification, and management all of which makes handling workflow easy.
Pros
- ECM OpenText version is secure and easy to use
- The different versions makes it easy to accomplish different tasks . We have more than three versions deployed in our company
- The software is highly scalable
- There are many customization options
- The software is relatively affordable
Cons
- Integration with other products such as Microsoft Outlook is not easy
- Few document types accepted
- With OpenText Content Suite, we can easily keep documents safe
- Document collaboration is easy with OpenText
- We can easily handle invoicing and automation thanks to features such as content capture and imaging.
- With OpenText Content Suite, there is better file sync and archiving
OpenText Content Suite has been an amazing addition to our business thanks to its many features and capabilities. The fact that OpenText offers many versions makes its products competitive because there is so much we can accomplish with these products. Price wise, OpenText Content Suite is more affordable than main competitors.
