Overall Satisfaction with OpenText Identity and Access Management (IAM) Platform, formerly Covisint

Authentication, authorization, and SSO.
  • Good personnel/team
  • Small company type customer service gives ease of access and sense of urgency
  • Poor license structure and understanding of product capabilities
  • Not necessarily an IAM leader in the industry
  • Support team has excelled and exceeded expectations
  • Team has been nimble and flexible
  • Costs continue to accelerate on lack of product featrures
Product needs high level of customization to compete with other products in this space.
The immediate product team has been a 9 rating. Very good experience with the implementation team. There are gaps with infrastructure support, product, and implementation teams. Almost seems like we are working with three separate companies.

Team has been great. However, product needs lots of customization and this requires significant cost outside of licensing model.
