Overall Satisfaction with Optimizely Content Management System

We use Optimizely Content Management System across 7 sites in our holding company ecosystem. It allows us to work cohesively across our team and build the best experiences for our users.

Pros

  • Audiences
  • Asset Management
  • Staging environments

Cons

  • Moving content/pages between environments more cohesively. I currently use the export/import function a bit but there are areas within our site where that is not possible
  • Sped up our ability to spin up pages for new campaigns, accelerating our workflow
We are now leveraging experimentation with the CMS to better drive future innovation through data based insights and segmentation.
We were brought over to Opti with the acquisition of Episerver
Was easy to get comfortable with the CMS, I've used other options like Sanity in the past, as well as WordPress, and Opti has been by far the best solution I've used
