Amazon Relational Database Service gives you greater access to the database than Oracle Autonomous Database, which is nice, but on the flip side, Oracle Autonomous Database takes care of the entire management of your database and APEX environment. Oracle Cloud Infrastructure also allows you to perform APEX upgrades at the push of a button.
