Overall Satisfaction with Oracle Dyn Managed DNS

Here at SOS we use Dyn DNS to manage our public DNS infrastructure. The system works great, haven't had any issues with it so far. We don't do much advanced configuration with the system.
  • Easy to use web interface.
  • Great documentation if help is needed.
  • Good security features such as 2FA.
  • No complaints at this time.
  • The system just works - no negative impact to our business
The one time I had to call support they were great! We had an issue with who controls our parent domain, ga.gov, and Dyn support was able to point me in the right direction to get the issue resolved.
