Overall Satisfaction with Oracle Eloqua
Oracle Eloqua enables the user on planning and deploying campaigns while collecting and providing customer experience for their prospects. It's an excellent tool to automate marketing. Also, it gives the end user the capability to categorize our database by allowing us to market and leverage all initiatives to the correct demographics. It's primarily used for B2B marketing strategy and the system allows us to create automation which in the IT department is the best way to approach

- Database segmentation and automation
- Increase % of Online revenue
- Increment the brand awareness
- Driving marketing efficiency
- Identifying which campaign strands are adding the most value
Cons
- The UX can be improved
- It's not as agile as some of the smaller systems and the whole process kind of needs a reboot.
- The costumer service can be better.
- It assists in automating our campaigns including webinars, events, product, promotions and market driven campaigns.
- Providing the right content to the right customer effectively.
- Working in Eloqua itself. Sometimes it can be time consuming.
