Overall Satisfaction with Oracle Eloqua

We use Eloqua globally for inbound and outbound digital marketing. We have about 40 users within our central and regional teams.
  • Ease of use of the visual interface for both campaign canvas and program canvas
  • Integrates with our existing SFDC platform
  • Lead nurturing
  • Multiple lead score models
  • Reporting. This is changing and we just need to work with the new reporting module
  • Cleansing the system of old assets and campaigns
  • Ability to track form data from more than one source
Eloqua has enabled us to work globally with our digital campaigns. We take advantage of Eloqua and the apps to make our global campaigns be more personal and targeted. Working with multiple languages is a challenge.
