Overall Satisfaction with Oracle Linux

Oracle Linux is a flexible tool that is being used in various departments of our organization. This is used to handle the data that is present on our servers. This is very safe and secure, and very easy to manage which helps us in solving a lot of business problems that we faced earlier.

  • Administration and Installation is easy.
  • User Interface requires some improvement.
  • Feature upgrade requires time.
  • Customer Service could be improved.
  • The process have become more secure.
  • Cost reduction.
  • Business processes are improved.
Installation of Oracle Linux was fairly easy and straight forward so no support was required on that. We faced some issues later so we had to take support and feels like the support could be improved a bit.

This is a very powerful operating system that is very well suited for the Oracle ecosystem where you have multiple applications of Oracle as it becomes very easy to integrate with that. This is free to use so it can be implemented in small companies as well. It provides high security as well.
