Overall Satisfaction with Oracle Linux

Oracle Linux is being used in specific departments of my organization where we have an Oracle ecosystem. It provides us with security and robustness. It can also handle multiple requests at the same time. This is very simple to set up and fairly easy to manage. Also, this helps us in solving a lot of business problems.

  • Runs perfectly in Oracle ecosystem.
  • Documentation part is bit less than desired.
  • GUI could be improved.
  • Community isn't very strong.
  • Resulted in increased efficiency.
  • Business outcomes have become better.
  • Cost reduction.
This is an amazing tool and I am very much satisfied with it. The support can be improved a bit and that will make it the best tool in the market.

This is perfect for you if you want to integrate this with existing Oracle applications. This is very easy to administer and does a great job in memory management. The jobs are pretty easy to schedule in the crontab. This is not very good for low latency and small applications.
