Overall Satisfaction with Outgrow
At Share Talk we use OutGrow to determine the interest in traded companies across the US, UK, and Australian financial markets. The quizzes are extremely easy to create, interesting and easy for users to navigate and produce tangible data for us to use when organising events and interviews that will be of interest to our readers. On the occasions that I have contacted support the turnaround time to a solution has been less than 5 minutes which is phenomenal.
- Easy to create a plethora of quiz, poll, calculators
- Promotes great interaction for users, much better than plain forms
- Data export is very easy and simple to use
- Support is first class
- New templates are always welcome but love the ones they have now
- Love the increased new features i.e. quiz and polls - can't wait to see what is next
- A facility to integrate podcasts within the quiz
- Better insight to customers wishing to attend events
- Better insight into our clients needs for events
- Better insight to our employees true feelings rather than simply asking how they are
- Paperform
At Share Talk we use Paperform for some tasks which is also an excellent piece of software, but it operates in a different market to Outgrow - you could definitely try and replicate OutGrow with PaperForm but it would not be as easy or seamless to do so. I am yet to find a tool that can perform as well as OutGrow in terms of stability and polish.
