Overall Satisfaction with Outgrow

I use Outgrow for client polls, product surveys but the main use is to create an ROI calculator on our company website. The purpose of the calculator is for users to understand their savings depending on past incident trends.

Pros

  • ROI Calculator
  • basic and advanced surveys
  • Quick poll questions

Cons

  • The UI is a bit elaborate, it seems a bit too much when I want something basic
  • The results emails were a bit confusing to setup but support was great in getting this fixed
  • Only one Admin can use the basic service
  • It has lead to better engagement with our clients
  • Prospects can easy understand their savings with the ROI calculator
  • Surveys have defined some user gaps in our solution
It's easy to setup and use, it's inexpensive and it has a few other tools that's included that I use just because they are available

I used it to setup an ROI calculator on my website but took advantage of the survey and poll tools. It's fairly easy for a novice to get up and running and seems to function flawlessly.
