Pardot Marketing Automation is used by Marketing and Sales. This tool to helps us to automate processes and increase visibility into prospect’s/visitor’s activity on the web. What is important is that it allows everyone to have a pulse on any prospect based on who the main contact person is.

- Folder setup needs to be improved to make it easier to handle.
- Image library to allow you create folders or categories. Also free search of an image would be good if you use Pardot and share among lot of countries.
- Sharing between regions and countries. What has been created can be reused. This save time.
- Better follow up and measurment
- Good notifications to main contact person for actions happening on web
