- Great business intelligence via website visitor & prospect tracking

Cons
- The html layout editor has historically been an issue but am hoping the new editor helps in this regard.
- Recently wanted to update user profiles based on different security/access settings but they are wanting to charge us extra for this pleasure?
- When cloning leads/contacts in Salesforce by default all the Pardot information is duplicated & causes issues. Should have something on the Pardot side to recognize this & update them when the next sync.
- More in depth & intuitive reporting functionality. Would be great if the reporting could be more like Salesforce's reporting ability where you can create reports & dashboards with any of the fields on any object.
- Better insight for our sales guys into how engaged prospects are.
- Sales team is able to prioritize which leads they focus on due to scoring & grading.
- Nurturing campaigns have helped with re-engaging with prospects. Increased sales.
- Improved professionalism & speed with mass emails & the ability to email large numbers of propsects.
