Overall Satisfaction with ParishSOFT

ParishSOFT accounting system is the easiest I've used of all the accounting systems I've used in the past. Simple icons and drop down menus make navigating a breeze.

Pros

  • Posting deposits, creating bills, Journal entries, and running reports.

Cons

  • The only thing I can suggest is frequency of memorized transactions, to allow for bimonthly billing. Right now, the system allows for 26 week cycle.
  • This ParishSOFT that we use is a company-wide product, and meets the needs of all our churches, schools and other entities.
For the simple reason of ease of use.
As mentioned previously, this is a corporate wide installation, and meets the needs of our business.

It Beats other software such as QuickBooks, which I use at home for other purposes.
