Patch My PC is an invaluable tool for our organization as it streamlines the process of maintaining and updating third-party applications in our SCCM and Intune management platforms. With its automatic updates, we no longer have to worry about outdated installers in our application catalog. The engineering team's workload is significantly reduced as all applications are updated with zero effort on their part.

1 - Supporting Patch My PC is easy and requires no special skills. As long as you know which app you want to deploy and how to assign it using either Intune or Configuration Manager, you can easily use the platform.
  • Create and maintain 3rd party application install packages to Intune and Configuration Manager
  • Create 3rd party application update packages to Intune and Configuration Manager
  • Standardize the use of 3rd party apps in the environment to only what's available in its catalog
  • We were able to limit the amount of different 3rd party applications in the environment by only offering users what's available in Patch My PC's catalog. By doing this we know we can maintain all applications version current with minimal effort.
  • Limiting the number of third-party applications in the environment to those available in the Patch My PC catalog, we can easily keep all versions of the applications up to date with minimal effort.
I consider Patch My PC a necessary tool for any environment I manage. I cannot imagine managing an environment without it, as the time and effort it saves is invaluable.

Yes - I previously evaluated Ivanti, but the seamless integration of Patch My PC and the exceptional customer service convinced me to go with them. Since then, the product has continued to improve, add new features and the company has stayed aligned with Microsoft's Configuration Manager and Intune's roadmap to provide an exceptional product.
