Overall Satisfaction with Paychex Flex
Paychex Flex is currently being used in many aspects of our company. We use it for Time and Attendance, Payroll, COBRA, New Hire Reporting, some aspects of our benefits, etc.
Paychex has been very useful with streamlining many of our processes.

- The payroll processing is extremely streamlined and easy to use.
- I would like to see an easier way to do a check calculator for an employee that would like to know how their pay would be affected if they changed their withholdings, benefits, etc.
- I would like to see a way to customize payroll reports and be able to build a report with items that I can select to show on the report.
- It has helped us streamline our payroll processes.
They both have their pros and cons. Paychex Flex is much easier to use when processing payroll.
