Overall Satisfaction with Paychex Flex

We use it to download our bimonthly payroll reports as well as our quarterly and end of year reports. It makes it very easy to access and review our payroll information. Paychex is very thorough about their systems and information, so I'm sure that there are many functions of the system that I have not even used yet!

Pros

  • Paycheck makes every aspect of payroll easy.
  • The Paychex online reports system is very easy to use!
  • I appreciate that Paychex keeps up on all the new tax tables and labor laws.

Cons

  • I don't have any suggestions for improvement for Paychex. They are doing a great job!
  • Paychex has saved our company a lot of time by completing all of our payroll requirements so an employee didn't have to take the time and research to do it all themselves.
  • Paychex has saved us money by accurately calculating our payroll taxes and liabilities, as well as paying them on time, preventing our company from accruing any additional taxes or penalties.
  • None.
I have always used Paychex for my payroll processing.
Paychex is great for anyone who has employees and needs to do payroll. Whether you have 1, 100, or 1000 employees, Paychex will take care of all of your payroll requirements.

Using Paychex Flex

1 - Office Manager; doing all of the administrative tasks for the company.
1 - It doesn't take much skill to support Paychex Flex. It is so easy, even someone new to doing payroll could understand it.
  • It saves time. An employee doesn't have to learn and research new tax tables or labor laws. They also don't have to prepare, pay and send the payroll liability filings and taxes.
  • It saves money. Paychex is knowledgeable about all aspects of payroll, preventing tax and liability issues.
  • Paychex is always timely in their payments to our employees, as well as with our state and federal payments.
  • It is nice that I have access to the payroll information within an hour of calling in the information to my payroll specialist. This greatly helps in planning finances for both the company and the employees.
  • It sounds like there is a way to give employees access to their payroll info. If any of my employees are ever interested in that, I will be sure to make it available to them.
Because it makes the part of my job that includes payroll very easy.
