Overall Satisfaction with Paychex Flex

Paychex Flex helps me manage my employees payroll and keep everything organized with taxes and everything else I need. I can put the payroll in myself, but I choose to use a payroll specialist assigned to my account through Paychex. free of charge, and all I have to do is enter my numbers into an Excel spreadsheet and the specialist takes care of everything else and notifies me my payroll is all set. The ease of getting ahold of someone when we need any questions answered is second to none. We use Paychex Flex for our entire organization. Paychex Flex allows us to not have to worry about adding all our own hours, setting up an account for the funds to be withdrawn from, and all tax and unemployment issues are taken care of by Paychex Flex.

  • Constant follow up to make sure all our needs our being met.

Cons

  • I see no areas for improvement.
  • Definitely reduced cost in payroll and time management because of their efficient payroll handling.
We selected Paychex Flex because their the best payroll specialist in the industry and they are very approachable and easy to work with.

Paychex Flex is always following up with us as far as their newest programs that are rolling out. A designated payroll specialist assigned just to us for any needs we may have. Ease of submitting payroll every week. All employees are well trained in the products that they offer. Twenty four hour customer service.
