Overall Satisfaction with Paychex Flex

Paychex Flex is used by the company on a personal status, meaning that all the employees are able to login and see their data. But as an administrator, only I am the one doing hiring, onboarding and payroll.

Pros

  • Hiring.
  • Payroll processing.
  • Access by employees.

Cons

  • Better communication between Payroll & Health/Retirement.
  • Health Benefits & Cobra communications.
  • Reduced cost on tax preparation.
  • Increased efficiency.
Paychex has allowed us to not worry about tax filings, and W2 & 1099 mailings.
