Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Paychex Flex for all payroll-related activities. We are not using any of the human resource modules available as we are small and can do most of our own work in Excel. I've used the PPP portion of Paychex to support my applications for two loans (eventually to be forgiven). The software is very easy to use and very flexible to meet our needs.

Pros and Cons

Reports and queries.
Review notes for historic changes to wage /payroll information.
Speed in processing and providing paychecks for distribution.

Pricing: I'd like to understand how I can reduce pricing to save our company money.
I'd like it if we could perform background checks in Paychex.

Likelihood to Recommend

It would be great to be able to edit future payrolls (wage changes, changes in withholdings) so I can save from keeping notes to refer to when the payroll is open. Also, I'd like to be able to pull W-2 copies from Paychex rather than make copies of our paper documents.
