Overall Satisfaction with Paychex Flex

Paycheck Flex is used for payroll and retirement accounts.
  • One stop shopping regarding payroll and administration.
  • My sense is that they are too big and miss details which is not good for a payroll company.
  • Frequent staff changes.
  • This is an expensive plan that is subsidized by a state network, otherwise we could not afford it.
We used a local payroll company before Paychex. I appreciate the online aspects and the ability of employees to access their own info.

Maybe because we are a small non-profit and I am not a human resource specialist, but we have had some issues with follow-up and mistakes.
