We run semi-monthly payroll for approximately 30-50 part-time employees.
Our company uses Paychex Flex to import employee hours and rates under multiple labor organizations. We use 3rd party software to track these hours and then generate an import file. The import file is generated by custom built converter software provided by Paychex to suit our specific needs. Paychex Flex then calculates any time overlaps and overtime.
This system is a fantastic time saver as our employee's have multiple hourly rates depending on the type of work done and all are part-time.

Wells Fargo payroll, ADP - very time consuming compared to Paychex Flex.
