Overall Satisfaction with Paychex Flex

I have used Paychex Flex across the whole organization. Retrieving time card was a bit confusing. The payroll hours is different than the time card hours. I had to physically go in the time card to get the total hours in order for me to do payroll.
  • User friendly.
  • Able to track hours easily.
  • Customer service is knowledgeable.
  • Payroll report can be easier to navigate.
This is a lot more user friendly than TriNet.
I think overall it's a great product and will recommend it to anyone.
