Overall Satisfaction with Paychex Flex

Paychex Flex is being use across the whole organization. The system allows us to be able to departmentalize costs for all employees.
  • Inputting information.
  • Processing bi-weekly payroll via import.
  • Report.
  • When changes are made, more information given for the changes.
  • Saved time.
  • Payroll accuracy.
Paychex was chose over the others because of the reporting capabilities and the ease of importing time into the system.
Paychex has been quick to resolve any complications that we have had and explains in full what needed to be done

All is very clear as to implementation, reporting, etc.
For our company, it allows us to track our departmental costs, employee times (hrs, personal time off, extended leave benefits) and all the earnings and deductions.
