Overall Satisfaction with Paychex Flex
Paychex Flex is used across the whole organization. It provides a comprehensive - one stop- place to manage our personnel costs. We use it to:
- Process payroll.
- Generate reports for budgeting.
- Gather details and generate reports for specific projects (i.e. grants).
- Specific to this past year, the information and reports were helpful when working on the PPP Loan application and forgiveness info.
- Simple to use.
- Create detailed reports.
- Accurate payroll and tax payment.
- Paychex Flex is an addition to our staffing - without having to hire a knowledgeable, skilled HR/accounting professional.
- The ROI is that we are compliant, accurate and our employees are paid on time, correctly.
We had a history of working with Paychex and felt confident in the competency of the people/products, the price of the features that we need, and the responsiveness re: customer service. We're small and yet we don't get lost - Paychex reps. are responsive and able to explain and provide the support we need.
