Overall Satisfaction with Paychex Flex
Paychex Flex is being used as a payroll service. I use it for all my employees. It addresses my payroll. I'm sure I do not use the service fully. But it serves its purpose.
- It is easy to use.
- I've never had an issue with payments to my employees.
- Easy access.
- I'd like a better understanding of taxes withheld.
- I have had employees complain about not having enough taxes withheld or being categorized wrong. Example: listed as primary job when it was their secondary job.
